Stage Management

I started my career in theatre as an assistant stage manager during first year of study for my BA in Theatrical Design and Technology. The following summer, I was hired as the Stage Management Intern for Weathervane Playhouse in Newark, Ohio for their summer season in 2022. During that time, I was the stage manager for two straight plays, Murder on the Orient Express and Steel Magnolias, and served as the assistant stage manager for three musicals. Upon my return to school, I was the assistant stage manager for one final musical, The Bridges of Madison County. Though my interests have recently pivoted to the more creative side of theatre, my foundation lies in management, and it has taught me to be extremely organized and detail-oriented, as well as a strong collaborator.
